Information for Tenants When you are looking to rent a property we feel it's vital to ensure that we don't waste your time looking at unsuitable properties, and so we take extra care to make sure that we only show you homes that we truly feel will satisfy your criteria. We are flexible with our viewing times as we realise it isn't always possible for you to view properties during the working day. Once we find you a home, and we have agreed the terms of the tenancy, we will ask you for a holding deposit which secures the property for you whilst the administrative side is dealt with. We take up references from your Bank, your Employer, previous Landlord (if applicable) and we also do an external credit check. Once these have been confirmed, we will progress towards signing the Tenancy Agreement. We have a small administration charge for carrying out the referencing and the drawing up of any tenancy agreement, so please don't hesitate to contact us for a detailed breakdown of this fee.
