I started Village Properties back in 2005 with a simple idea: to make the property world a little more human. I wanted people to feel heard, supported, and genuinely looked after—whether they were buying, selling, renting, or letting. That’s still what drives us today. We’re an independent team, and that’s exactly how we like it.

No scripts, no corporate jargon—just honest advice, real conversations, and a genuine interest in doing right by our clients. Jo and Anna have been by my side almost since the beginning, and together we’ve built something we’re really proud of: a business rooted in trust, care, and connection.

We’re not about flashy tactics or chasing numbers. We’re about people. It’s the little things—how we listen, how we follow up, how we show up that make the biggest difference. And after 21 years, we’re still here, still loving what we do, and still excited for what’s next.
