We provide top quality photography for free, that’s personally overseen by Sam, and we always include a free floorplan too, allowing landlords to make the most of their asset and present their property in the best way, achieving the greatest possible yield.

We will give you advice on how to style your property and Sam is present at every photography shoot to ensure she gets the right shots to give your property the best possible start when it goes live on the property portals. We tell a story about the property and the lifestyle to maximise engagement with tenants.
We will do everything for you from advising on the best strategy to meeting tenants and conducting viewings, handling negotiations and tenancy progression. Nothing is too much trouble.

An EPC and a floor plan will be arranged and, if you choose, a smart To Let board will be put up. Your property will be on all the major property portals, across the internet and on social media and in local print as well as sent to a database of potential Tenants.
We arrive early and make sure the atmosphere is just right; lights on, throw the doors open on a sunny day or pop the fire on for a cosy winter feel. The door is always opened to Tenants and they are welcomed “home”. Because all questions have been asked about your property we have all the information that tenants need.
We are available to lead viewings on evenings and weekends too.
