Our unique strength is our experience in the local Residential Letting Market, we don't have the distraction of a Sales Department and so you can be assured of a dedicated service. We are careful when choosing tenants for your property, and to ensure that we only deal with premium applicants, we personally reference our Tenants and make sure we speak to previous Landlords and Employers. We also take out Bank Referenes and Credit Checks. We liaise with you on the latest legislation regarding matters such as the Gas Safety Regulations, Furniture and Furnishings Regulations, the Energy Performance Certificate requirements on rental properties, Non-Resident Landlord Taxation and more. We have our own Tenancy Agreements which are backed by ARLA, and we will draw up the necessary documentation and progress matters to exchange and completion.
